We’ll show up as your authorized agent, represent you in rent court, and send a written outcome summary within 24 hours.

2. The Filing & Fight Package

We handle the filing and show up in court on your behalf.
- Notice of Intent to File (required by law)
- Filing of Failure to Pay Rent
- Court appearance + representation
- Written follow-up

3. Keys, Locks & Lawsuits (Eviction Support)
Starting at $400 per case
When a judgment still doesn’t get you paid, we’ll carry it across the finish line.
- File for eviction after judgment
- Coordinate with Sheriff’s Office
- Schedule and meet locksmith
- Onsite access + lockout support
- Optional: Add Turnover Support
We can coordinate a trusted cleaner to prep your unit post-eviction. (+ $200 flat fee. Paid separately.)
